SPECIAL ORDER PARTS AND OUR PARTS WAITING LIST

We get many queries each week for parts that are either out of stock or not listed on our web site. Many of the parts that are not on the site are in stock but haven ot been posted. Other times we get requestsfor high-demand parts like ABS pumps and headlamp modules.

We have implemented the following system to record your parts requests and to time-stamp them so they can be filled on a first in first out basis.

How to request a part not found on our site, whether not listed or shown as sold out:

1. [CLICK HERE] to open up an email that will be sent to our parts queue email address, whcih is PartsQueue@LTParts.com. The format of this email is important so please read on for important information.
   
   
2. In the SUBJECT: field, please type the year and model of your bike, plus the NAME of the part you need. PLEASE do not include part number in the SUBJECT field! IMPORTANT: One part per email please. Kindly send us one email for each part you are seeking.
   
   
3. Please place additional details such as telephone number and alternate email contact information, BMW part numbers, etc., in the body of the email. We will use this information to contact you when the part becomes available.
   
   
4. Please feel free to include a link to a parts fiche page or attach the fiche page your part is on, a photo, or drawing, or whatever you think may be helpful, to your email.

We will maintain your properly formatted parts request for up to six months. If we do not make contact with you or hear back from your promptly, we reserve the right to offer the part to the next most recent requestor.
